Harrison likes being 15 minutes late to get togethers. Despite sounding like a P thing, this is a J thing. Perceivers are often late because they're so in the moment, and without lots of training (typically from a J parent or two, or the Truth) they don't track time as readily. Harrison is a J who specifically likes being 15 minutes late so things are established and it isn't a whole cutscene when he walks in. I had a perceiver friend when I was growing up. He called me one day and was on his way to hang out with me, but literally never showed up. Turns out he kept getting occupied with things the entire day.
