Pixel 2, currently running Ubuntu Touch, installed by UBPorts Installer

System starts off read only. For uh... security or something like that. Disable it with sudo mount -o remount,rw /, then add the following conf file.

sudo nano /etc/init/force-rw.conf

description "Force Root Writable"
start on mounted MOUNTPOINT=/

Tailscale Setup

sudo apt update && sudo apt install curl

curl -fsSL https://tailscale.com/install.sh | sh

sudo chmod 666 /dev/net/tun

sudo tailscaled --tun=userspace-networking --socks5-server=localhost:1055 &

sudo tailscale up --ssh

/etc/init/tailscaled.conf

description "Tailscale Service"
start on (filesystem and net-device-up IFACE=wlan0)
stop on runlevel [!2345]
respawn
