Initial commit: Sentry-Emote system monitor

- Aggregator: Flask-based event broker with priority queue
- Frontend: OLED-optimized UI with animations
- Detectors: disk, cpu, memory, service, network
- Unified entry point (sentry.py) with process management
- Heartbeat TTL system for auto-clearing stale events
