Study Note on "school auditorium of Tyrannus": Pauls schedule was likely 11am to 4pm. He had a regular schedule that he stuck with.

### Schedule a specific time each month to engage in various forms of the ministry
|

Acts 20:20,21 - 20 while I did not hold back from telling you any of the things that were profitable nor from teaching you publicly and from house to house. 21 But I thoroughly bore witness both to Jews and to Greeks about repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus.

If anything mechanical falls out of balance, then it eventually falls apart. Why would humans be any different? If we fall out of balance, eventually we will fall apart.

### Show Insight When Facing Economic Difficulties
|
||
Phillipians 4:12 - 12 I know how to be low on provisions and how to have an abundance. In everything and in all circumstances I have learned the secret of both how to be full and how to hunger, both how to have an abundance and how to do without.
|
||
Paul faced economic hardships, but learned the secret on how to deal with it. The secret? Contentment.
|
||
This is why we need to keep a simple life, it helps us keep our joy in the ministry
|
||
|

### Have a Good Spiritual Routine

What can help us not to neglect our spiritual routine?

Add study to our regular routine/schedule
|
||
2 Tim 4:9,13, 21 - 9 Do your utmost to come to me shortly. 13 When you come, bring the cloak I left at Troʹas with Carpus, and the scrolls, especially the parchments. 21 Do your utmost to arrive before winter. It was cold, and he also wanted his personal study notes. He really wanted timiothy to arrive quickly, for it was cold.

**Jehovah will repay him:** Paul here expresses confidence that God will repay Alexander the coppersmith **according to his deeds.** The apostle thus echoes several verses in the Hebrew Scriptures that refer to Jehovah God as the one who repays humans for their actions, whether good or bad. One example is [Ps 62:12](jwpub://b/NWTR/19:62:12-19:62:12), where the psalmist says: “O Jehovah, . . . you repay each one according to his deeds.” (See also [Ps 28:1,](jwpub://b/NWTR/19:28:1-19:28:1) [4;](jwpub://b/NWTR/19:28:4-19:28:4) [Pr 24:12;](jwpub://b/NWTR/20:24:12-20:24:12) [La 3:64](jwpub://b/NWTR/25:3:64-25:3:64).) Paul makes a similar point at [Ro 2:6](jwpub://b/NWTR/45:2:6-45:2:6), where he says about God: “He will pay back to each one according to his works.” And quoting Jehovah’s words at [De 32:35](jwpub://b/NWTR/5:32:35-5:32:35), Paul says at [Ro 12:19](jwpub://b/NWTR/45:12:19-45:12:19): “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.
